JEN AKINChildren & Family
With over 25 years in ministry, Jen has taught Holistic Child Development and Creative Teaching Methods at Nairobi Carlile College in Kenya. She also contributes regularly to the development of BrookLink training materials for Children and Family ministry.

Having grown up in South Africa, God has given Keith a heart for the global church. He has been teaching in the Middle East over the past 6 years amongst Iranian, Armenian and Syrian church leaders and pastors. With decades of international ministry experience, Keith has also traveled and taught using BrookLink’s network and curriculum.

Dan’s international experience includes training and consulting with students, pastors and church leaders primarily in the areas of forgiveness, grief and trauma and reconciliation. For the past 20 years Dan has trained in countries such as Czech Republic, Haiti, Dominican Republic and Bangladesh.

Lee is the Founder, CEO & President of BrookLink and has four decades of international ministry experience. Since 2009, he has traveled on or supported the efforts of nearly 60 training opportunities, with nearly half of these trips being to the least reached and most under resourced areas of the globe.

With over three decades of international ministry experience, Terry has traveled widely teaching pastor’s wives and speaking at women’s conferences. She has experience working with refugees and leading community development and medical outreach teams to East and West Africa.
MARK KIEKHAEFERExpository Preaching | Spiritual Formation
Mark has spent more than 20 years developing the skill of preparing and preaching in an expositional manner. He is called to help train a new generation of bible expositors, not just in the U.S., but in the majority world. He has served in places such as Ghana and Togo.

Ian has decades of international ministry experience on every continent except Antarctica.
LESLIE OSBORNEChildren & Family
Leslie has over 30 years of ministry experience primarily in the church setting in Children, Youth and Family ministry. She has served extensively in Central America and Eastern Europe. She contributes regularly to the development of BrookLink training materials for Children and Family ministry.
JAN RYDERChildren & Family
Jan has served as a children’s ministry pastor in the U.S. and Africa for over 35 years. She was the founder of the Diploma in Children and Family ministry program at Carlile College in Nairobi, Kenya. Currently she serves as the Children’s Ministry Pastor at Elmbrook Church-Lake Country in Hartland, WI. Jan also contributes regularly to the development of BrookLink training materials for Children and Family ministry.
TIM RYDERBiblical & Theological Studies | Church & Community Development
Tim is a retired Pastor and Missionary after serving at home and abroad for over 35 years, with the majority of these years being spent in Kenya. He serves to add capacity to churches and organizations when they are lacking resources.
LISA SINCLAIRChurch & Community Development | Grief & Trauma | Leadership Development | Spiritual Formation
Lisa travels internationally in a consulting role, providing seminars, workshops and formal education courses in areas of grief and trauma, sexuality, and negotiating multicultural team conflicts. She and her husband lived in Mali, West Africa as global workers. She knows what it means to be a missionary and pastor’s wife and what it feels like to educate children through homeschooling, boarding school and national schools. She is a nurse practitioner with a Doctorate of Ministry in member care and has a burden for healing the wounded.
PAUL SINCLAIRChurch & Community Development | Leadership Development | Spiritual Formation
Paul and his wife, Lisa, have traveled widely teaching and preaching as a couple and individually for decades, with a number of years spent living in Mali, West Africa. Paul, a retired Pastor, teaches doctorate level courses to pastors and church leaders and has a deep heart for the global church.
