GOD’S FAITHFULNESS IN EVERY SEASON

Your faithfulness endures to all generations.  You have established the earth, and it stands fast.

Psalm 119:90

Dear Friends,

One of my favorite hymns is “Great is Thy Faithfulness” because it reminds me that God’s faithful character is real, rich and readily available every summer, winter, springtime and harvest. Like the lyricist of this treasured song, I trust in God’s new mercies every morning and experience His gracious hand provide for every need in every season.

I trust while you recently unwrapped a Christmas present, at BrookLink, we are wrapping up 2021 with
gratitude. Look what YOU helped accomplish this year:

• Provided a warm welcome to our global partner from South Asia, helping to pave the way for Lee and me to
teach his students, colleagues and flocks in person
• Took God’s Word to the ends of the earth
• Gave prayer books to thousands of Ethiopian children, who, no doubt, rely more heavily on God’s
faithfulness as their country struggles through civil unrest
• Provided travel assistance for our facilitators
• Hosted prayer Zoom gatherings with global partners
• Kept our communication, staff and office needs solvent
• Provided bright hope for tomorrow as we anticipate Lee’s return as BrookLink’s president
• Poised us to confidently accept teaching invitations in 2022 to Uganda, Rwanda, China, Burundi, Armenia,
Peru and Ethiopia

The Lord is faithful, and we are so grateful for gifts already given during this season. With just a few days left in 2021, will you help us reach our year-end financial goal?

We continually praise the Lord for your generosity and kindness. Thank you for considering a year-end gift so others may sing of God’s faithfulness that blessings are theirs, too, with ten thousand beside!

With deepest gratitude,

President

Some of you have served alongside facilitator, Paul Sinclair, a former missionary in Mali and former pastor of Eastbrook and Northbrook Churches in the Milwaukee area. Paul’s heart for building Christ’s kingdom not only extends beyond global borders, but into the hearts of incarcerated men at the Waupun Correctional Institute, a maximum security facility in Waupun, Wisconsin.  Starting this month and continuing into 2022, Paul is teaching a Trinity International University course on Old Testament Prophets for correctional residents. Paul explains, “This is a partnership between the Wisconsin Department of Correction and TIU (and the Wisconsin Inmate Education Association). The men are enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program to earn their BA in Bible and a minor in psychology, all while incarcerated.” Many of the men may never be discharged from incarceration and
make-up a multi-racial and multi-ethnic population of the male population at Waupun, which currently houses in excess 1,200 residents. The program
produces men who can serve the Kingdom more effectively as leaders within their respective correctional institutions. Paul and his wife, Lisa, look
forward to fulfilling invitations to teach in Peru and South Asia in 2022.

Your support and prayers for such a time as this are deeply, deeply appreciated.  Will you prayerfully consider making a gift to reach the financial need of $138,000 by December 31, 2021?
